
225 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Butter 165 g
2 eggs
75 g brown sugar
130 g chocolate to melt
75 g hazelnuts

Grind the hazelnuts and chocolate. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until dough is smooth. Added after chocolate and hazelnuts and knead again forming a loop diameter of about 5 cm. Cool in the fridge (half hour or more) and then cut the loop in half-inch wheels about. Place the cookies on the cookie sheet and I can cook. It takes about 8 minutes at 180 º C. Do not wait until it hardens too: it is preferable to take them out of the oven a little soft, because to harden a bit cool.
