FRUIT SMOOTHIES

When summer begins (and this one promises to be hot) and think of food, then think very appetizing and healthy fruit that presents the market: melon, watermelon, apricots, plums, peaches, nectarines, ... . Everyone likes a fresh fruit in summer. And at the table, you may have the dessert in many ways. For those who dare, milkshakes featured here for the whole family. There are hundreds of them, and you can innovate your own smoothie. In any case, they are a rich source of water, water soluble vitamins (B and C), fiber and sugars. 175 ml orange juice
    
175 g of frozen strawberries (if not, replace 70 g strawberry jam)
    
1 banana, frozen and sliced.Mix the two types of yogurt and orange juice. Add the strawberries and bananas and blend until well blended. Book.In tall glass is nicely decorated with strawberry half.
