MIRACLE DIETS, DON'T BELIEVE THEM. THE WANT SOMETHING...

SOMETHING WILL COST
A couple of weeks ago I read in a magazine a comment that pretty much went like this: "There are so many miracle diets like idiots who decide to follow them."

And I was happy to read it, because many times we hear that they are a scam, yes, ... "but this diet is true. This yes". Then go out of fashion and no one believes it. Result: people who followed a weight reduction achieved over a period of time (the time in which this diet does work and is not a scam) and who sells it, is filled pocket.

But the problem remains. If obesity rates had reduced with increased adherence to these diets, obesity disease would be eradicated Spain, as plague. But reality is not that precisely. The Spanish Journal for Obesity just published an extensive review of recommendations for obesity.

Among others, are identified as conditions to be met by dietary treatment of obesity:

Must be achievable for a prolonged period of time.
Must be effective in the long term, that is, has to keep the weight off.
Has to prevent future weight gain.
It has to lead to a food education function banished errors and improper eating habits.
...

Have you convinced you'd better get it right??? Of course, that means "getting wet" at home and commit a lot. You decide!
