SANDWICHES!

Eat a healthy snack is a question of ingredients. In spite of the fame that has bread, is an important source of antioxidants and essential nutrients to our food, cereals are actually at the base of the food pyramid and the bread is the most representative.

Taking advantage of the huge market that offer a wide variety of breads, healthy ingredients play is more than fun, it's a way to cut from the monotony and enjoy anytime.

They serve as snack, when going on excursion, and can even be part of an impromptu dinner and inviting.

Propose different fillings for bread sometimes a companion:

Serrano ham with tomato-

-Mayonnaise, lettuce, smoked salmon and prawns

-Soft cheese and green asparagus

-Omelette with green peppers and ham

-Lettuce, cheese with walnuts Azun

-Wheels tomato, mozzarella and arugula

-Anchovies, anchovy and red pepper

-Lettuce, tuna and egg

-Fresh cheese, anchovy

-Brie cheese and jam

-Lettuce, turkey and asparagus

-Veal roast with apple and onion poached

-Brie cheese, ham and green pepper

-Fresh cheese, apples and walnuts

-Lettuce, shrimp, cucumber and tuna

And enjoy without thinking about calories.
